FocusFlow Pro is provided by FLOWSTATE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE NAO CUSTOMIZAVEL LTDA, CNPJ 67.320.429/0001-37, based in Belo Horizonte/MG, Brasil. Support and contact: support@myfocusflowpro.com. (Identification under Decreto 7.962/2013 — the Brazilian E-commerce Law.)
FocusFlow Pro is a productivity app that brings together habits, study, personal finance, deadline-based goals, a weekly ranking, a public profile, XP, coins, and cosmetics.
Subscription cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Cancel subscription or via the contact email; once cancelled, Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for and there are no further charges. Purchases made inside the app (Google Play / App Store) follow the payment and refund policy of the respective store.
Right of withdrawal (7 days): for purchases made on the website (Pro subscription and coin packs), you may withdraw and request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase, with no need to justify, under art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code). Simply request it via the contact email. The amount is refunded through the same payment method.
Reversal of the purchase upon refund: withdrawal undoes the purchase reciprocally. When a coin pack is refunded, the credited coins are reversed; if you have already spent those coins on Store items, the items acquired with them are removed from your account, to the extent necessary so that the balance does not go negative (returning the price paid for each removed item). Coins and items obtained legitimately and unrelated to the refunded purchase are preserved. The same reversal procedure applies to chargebacks and to disputed payments.
After the 7 days: refunds then depend on a legal basis (for example, a service defect) or on our discretion alone. Purchases made through the stores follow the policy of the respective store.
Coins are a cosmetic virtual currency, with no real monetary value and not convertible into cash; they serve only for cosmetic items (frames, titles, themes) within the app. Within the 7-day withdrawal period, the refund and reversal described in item 4 apply (coins are reversed and the items bought with them are removed). Outside that period, coins and items already acquired are non-refundable, because they are credited and/or used immediately.
The data and content you create in the app (habit, study, finance, and goal records, as well as the name, avatar, and bio of your public profile) are yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, free license to store, process, and display that content only to the extent necessary to operate the service — for example, to sync between your devices and to display your profile and your ranking position when you choose to make them public. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and represent that you have the right to publish it.
The app, the "FocusFlow Pro" brand, and its code are protected. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without authorization.
Payments are processed by third parties — Mercado Pago, on the website; Google Play and the App Store, in the stores. We do not store your card details. We are not responsible for the conduct, availability, or policies of these processors, nor of other third-party sites or services that may be linked from the app; using them is at your own risk and subject to each one's terms.
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to maintain availability and data integrity, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the app, including loss of data or profits.
You agree to release and indemnify FLOWSTATE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE NAO CUSTOMIZAVEL LTDA, its partners, officers, and staff for any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top indicates the version in force. Significant changes will be flagged; continued use of the app after the update means acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Belo Horizonte/MG are chosen to settle any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring an action in the venue of their own domicile, under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FLOWSTATE regarding the use of the app and prevail over prior understandings. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in full force.
