This Policy explains what data FocusFlow Pro (the "app") collects, how we use it, and what your rights are. By using the app or the website, you agree to this Policy.

Data controller

The data controller, under the LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018), is FLOWSTATE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE NAO CUSTOMIZAVEL LTDA, registered under CNPJ no. 67.320.429/0001-37, headquartered in Belo Horizonte/MG, Brasil. 1. Data we collect

Email and password: used to create and access your account. The password is managed securely by the authentication service (Supabase) — we do not have access to your password.
Usage data you create: habits, study sessions, financial entries, goals, check-ins, XP, coins, and achievements.
Public profile (optional): display name, avatar (emoji), country, and bio — only what you choose to fill in. Your email never appears publicly.
Payment data: processed directly by the payment provider (Mercado Pago and/or the app store). We do not store card numbers.

2. How we use the data

To authenticate your access and sync your data across devices.
To display the weekly ranking and the public profile (when you create one).
To process the Pro subscription and the purchase of coins.
To send transactional emails (e.g., password reset, purchase confirmation).
To maintain the security and integrity of the app (moderation and fraud prevention in the ranking).

3. Where data is kept and security

Your data is kept in Supabase with Row Level Security enabled, so that each user can access only their own rows. The app also stores data on your device (the browser's local storage) so it can work even offline.

4. Third-party services

Supabase — database and authentication.
Mercado Pago — payments on the website.
Brevo — sending of transactional emails.
Google Play / Apple App Store — distribution and in-app payments.

5. Your rights (LGPD)

You may access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account and your data, use the option in Settings → Delete my account inside the app, or see the Delete my account page (it also works if you have uninstalled the app). Deletion removes your access and the personal data associated with the account.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. The activity/moderation log records are kept for approximately 90 days.

7. Minors

The app is not intended for children under 13. If you are a guardian and believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us for removal.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date at the top indicates the version in force.
